    odd thing here..just wrote the opposite as my well was running dry..

      I think it speaks to having the same compassion for ourselves as for others and to having the same compassion for others as we do for ourselves. We all tend to get out of balance one way or the other…either giving too much or taking too much. The middle way…finding the balance between the two and always treating ourselves (and others) with care and compassion when we stray with way.
