What an amazing ski we had today!!! I might be hooked on backcountry skiing!Well-while I didn’t get to head home after the summit today, instead I got to go for another wonderful backcountry ski…and tomorrow I’m headed out again with my wonderful hosts, Sue and Bob. I warned them that I’m like a bad cold, easy to catch-hard to get rid of! This pic by Sue is of our ski-errr-planning retreat on Thursday before the summit started that evening! Such fun!Had a fabulous backcountry ski yesterday re:summit leadership team retreat, on a new trail that had just been flagged. Fresh powder everywhere!Good morning from Norris Point!Cheers to active outdoor living!Where’s Marian? On top of Signal Hill, of course!TA’s Facebook Page

Visual Soliloquy #973 We need the tonic of wildness…At the same time that we are earnest to explore and learn all things, we require that all things be mysterious and unexplorable, that land and sea be indefinitely wild, unsurveyed and unfathomed by us because unfathomable. We can never have enough of nature…
