Slackline Fusion #2: Yoga

Last week, I watered the plants from the slackline. Tonight I tried setting the table from the slack line, but that didn’t work so well. I moved on to trying yoga on the slack line…here is my rendition of Warrior Two…I can’t quite get down into the pose on my own yet (i.e. without a little support from the table) but once there, I can now hold it pretty good and can come out of the pose as well. I’ve started working on Warrior Three as well-it’s pretty exciting since it is a one legged pose. It’s awesome meditation practice since you need to be totally focused on both the slackline and the pose.
