YES!!! Hvannadalshnúkur is Peak #1. Just finished booking the climb now…so the race is on…we know #1 and #3…what’s number 2?
Congrats to Trien…She’s taken my set of wild clues and solved the puzzle. I’m climbing to three (no, actually four) country high points in the next few months. Iceland, Denmark, France and Italy! Hvannadalshnúkur (highest peak in Iceland), Yding-skovhoj (highest point in Denmark) and Mont Blanc (highest peak in France and Italy) are my next objectives. Trien wins a signed summit photo (from the most photogenic summit 🙂
I’m mightily impressed with Trien’s figuring out all your clues! Congrats to her!! Sounds like you are going to have a busy climbing season coming up. Can’t wait!
