Hot Sauce Quiz

As we sat down to have our Newfoundland fish cakes tonight for supper, I realized we had sauce options from four different countries on the table as possible condiments. The four bottles were from four trips to do four climbs…can you name the countries and the mountains?

After a bit of research I think I have the answer they are:
May IK is from Guatamala which has mount Tajumulco
Iceland pylsusinnep is from Iceland which has mount Hvannadalshnúkur
Aji Chilean is from Chile which has mount Ojos (eyes of the spirit)
Delish is from Barbados which has Mount Hillaby. Carla

Nicely done Carla…and quickly too…indeed Aji is from Chile and I have made an attempt on Ojos in 2007…where was I on my way to when I sampled Aji and wanted to get some to take home? The bottle are arranged in order from oldest to newest…

I fear my former comment led you astray…your first ones were all correct…what I was looking for is that I got the Aji in Chile on my way to Antarctica this December but I realize that I would have had to get some Antarctica hot sauce for Vinson…so your first set is correct…Guatemala, Iceland, Chile/Antaractica, and Barbados. I brought mustard home from France and Mont Blanc but we already ate it 🙂 Thanks for playing along!
