Howdy,
Round five…time to guess what TA is climbing next…looking here for a list of my next three climbs (two have already been identified by dedicated guessers)…so you’re looking for the third and to submit all three in the correct order (i.e. the order I will climb them in)…if you have insider info, please refrain from guessing and please only guess a few times per day so we can keep it going for a few days…place your guesses in the comments section below.
Thanks,
TA
Mera, Island, & Cerro Alto (Chile)
Yes, Yes, and not getting any warmer…can you find any ways in which the last three clues fit together?
I am having trouble with clue 3 & 5 number four I believe is chile but I can not figure out the other two.
Not Chile…
New clue just posted…from a movie…mid seventies…
By jove, I’ve got it!
Mera Peak Island Peak Mt Logan
By jove, indeed…you have it…might have made that last one too easy…so yes, Mera, then Island, then Logan…the last three clues…Sir William Edmund Logan (the Canadian Geographer for whom the mountain is named), Logan bread (unbaked)-often eaten in the north, the Renault Logan, and finally Logan’s Run…movie from 1976…congrats MC for putting it all together!

Congrats MC well played.
Carla – I enjoy the competition… Greatly. 🙂
TA – Thanks for providing the answers to the clues that eluded Carla and me (I did get the Renault Logan). And Mt Logan makes sense. I was wondering why you would go from Nepal to SA. 🙂 Logan has been on my radar, also… maybe one day. What fun adventures lie ahead, TA!
Nice job getting the Renault Logan…well played…I figured the old guy and Logan bread were a bit obscure…next clue was going to be the GMC Logan 🙂
MC those clues really eluded me I didn’t get any of them. I thought the bread was chile, I have no clue on automobiles, or mountain climbers. The last one the Movie came out almost 10 years before I was born (I was born in 1984).
TA-Great Fun thanks for the entertainment the past week safe travels and best of luck on the climbs.
Even stranger my oldest nephew is name Logan and his mother was born in 1976.
That’s pretty funny…
Good job trying to solve the clues…they were tough ones.
I forgot to include the key to the first clues. Clue 1: Om…often seen in Nepal and also has O…for Orizaba and M…for Mera. Clue 2: Mile sign…M for Mera, I for Island, L for Logan, and E for Everest (which may not come directly after Logan)…
Thanks again for the fun TA.
See ya next time Carla. 🙂
Thanks to you MC for playing along as well. I heard from Trien that she was sad she missed out on the action.
Thanks TA and MC if there is a next time I will be back at it. I just like doing these guessing games for the fun of it all. I think we tied on mount Volcán Tajumulco. ( I could be wrong). But all the same congrats having others guessing makes this all the more fun.
Glad you enjoy it and I know you’ll be ready for next time!
