Find your Fit Activity of the Day: Expedition Leader Says

On Mount Logan, your expedition leader is critical to the success of the expedition, therefore, listening to your leader is very important. Students are to scatter around the general area but close enough that they can hear the directions from the “Expedition Leader.” When “Expedition Leader Says” a command the students must do the action. For example, “Expedition Leader Says: Run around the general space”. However, to test the attention of your students, you may frame a question without the “Expedition Leader Says” framing to see who does the action. The object of the game is only move when the Expedition Leader says the command.
