A foggy one out there today…St. John’s is colourful even in the dark. Night hikes let us see the city in new light.Tiptoeing across the skyline of St. John’s at sunset. Marian takes a hike along the edge of The Gibbet-making a fine shape I might add. :-).Every time we hike a trail, I see new things, in new ways. I’d never noticed this sweet pasture fence and gate along the @transcanadatrail in @townofconceptionbaysouth. It provided a lovely silhouette for some blue hour magic.Yesterday was garlic harvest day! Every bulb looked marvellous so I think we picked the right timing. The whole house smells like an Italian restaurant as we cure these beauties upstairs. We also harvested red and white currents, red and green gooseberries, 3 kinds of kale, 2 kinds of lettuce, mint, edible flowers, and raspberries. What a sky we had the other night while hiking along the @transcanadatrail through @townofconceptionbaysouth! The light was dancing with the sky for sure!TA’s Facebook Page
