Today's blockbuster from the Livyer's Line has me sharing my NL picket sign improvement to prevent wind injuries. I know that windchill is the mother of invention. Our picket line choreography & ability to withstand the chill gets stronger each day. #FairDealAtMUNL #FairDealAtMUNOur 8 am choreography is getting stronger each day as are we! The dip in temp this morning meant that even more of us spent some time on the dance line! Movement is a key strategy for keeping warm in the cold (just don't sweat-#sweatisevil!) #FairDealAtMUN #FairDealAtMUNLOur first big ski of the season-it was so hood to go to the back of beyond of Pippy Park, bushwhack, breathe fresh air and forget about life for awhile!Robert Holloway took this picture of Quidi Vidi around 1905. I took the colour picture in 2023. You can see from my overlay mine of RH's, that I didn't shoot it from the same spot. I need to move further South & be a bit lower since my pic shows the ocean horizon. #NLgeoartI have frequently heard folk tales about the elusive Barmp Whisperer but, today I have finally captured exclusive footage in our Day 8 Livyers Line Summary Video-you'll have to watch until the end to confirm Cameos by @MemorialHKR & @Janna_RosalesNLSome potato love-as I cut up some potatoes for roasting for supper, this one reached out and sent me and my colleagues this spud love! #spudslove #FairDealAtMUNL #FairDealAtMUN #communitygarden #growyourownfood #spud #foodsecurityTA’s Facebook Page

This new training program has me running again. Thankfully I am back up to an hour of running without any major challenges thus far. I ran outside Wednesday around Quidi Vidi lake and again this morning from the house. In … Continue reading
